The Gala Premiere of Les Misérables: The Arena Spectacular world tour, this grand-scale production has been reimagined for larger venues, with a cast and orchestra of over 65. The Arena Spectacular were joined on stage for a surprise encore of One Day More—featuring an unforgettable reunion of iconic Australian performers who’ve brought this legendary show to life over the years.

Sir Cameron Mackintosh introduced the special lineup, including Normie, who originated the role of Jean Valjean in the groundbreaking 1987 Australian production. Also gracing the stage were Philip Quast (Javert), William Zappa (Thenardier), Lara Mulcahy (Madame Thénardier), David Campbell and Simon Burke (both former Mariuses), Scott Irwin (Enjolras), and Nikki Webster (Little Cosette)—a powerful tribute to the show’s enduring legacy.
