In 2017, Normie joined long-time friend and fellow Australian music icon Lisa Edwards to perform “The Prayer” in support of Bailey’s Day — a charity founded in memory of young Bailey Tessier, who lost his life to an aggressive brain tumour at just two and a half years old.

Over the past 22 years, Bailey’s Day has raised over $5.2 million for Monash Children’s Hospital, with the ongoing goal of enhancing the cancer services available for all the brave children receiving treatment, helping to bring hope and healing to countless families. This heartfelt performance captures the spirit of compassion, community, and remembrance that defines the event — a moving reminder of how music can unite us in hope and love.
